Defective Products
Please contact us if an item arrives damaged or seems defective. Provide the order ID number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.
Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase
Products must be received at the return center within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Items must be in brand new condition, unopened and have their original barcode sticker, original packaging, etc. (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
Tags must be attached, and sticker seals must be intact or unbroken for applicable items.
All returns will be reviewed by our Returns Processing Team to determine if the item is in new, unopened, unused condition.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method once the product is deemed in new condition. At the customer's request, a store credit may instead be given.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued for manufacturing defects, not for change of mind.
Tribe Sasquatch LLC reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been used, opened, or in question.
Cancellations
Tribe Sasquatch LLC can accept order cancellations up until a shipment confirmation email has been sent out. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept any cancellations or changes to the order.
