What form of payment do you take?

We take paypal, square, and stripe. All allow for a variety of debit and credit cards.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat fee, with option of paying more for a quicker delivery. if your order is under $99, and free if over!

Do you ship internationally?

No, sorry. Not at this time but we plan to in the future.

What is the status of my order?

We have you covered! We will email you as items ship, or if you have any updates on the status of your order. COVID -19 potential delivery delay: our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Where are the products shipped from?

LadySquatch™ is proudly from the NW and we ship from multiple warehouses in the NW states of the United States.

Can I cancel my order? 

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page to initiate the return process and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

How do I return my order?
